Disgo Video Fun - pocket sized digital camcorder

Pocket video cameras are really starting to come into their own with great features wrapped up in a palm-sized case. Clever Stuff's latest digital camcorder is a simple 'point and shoot' model that doesn't require any complicated set up and comes with a 1GB memory card for recording up to one hour of video. Viewing is via a 1.5inch TFT screen plus it can be used for stills photography too. Really adding to its usability is the retractable USB connector that plugs straight into your PC for easy downloading so there aren't any messy, losable cables and the software is pre-installed.

Colourways are blue, pink and black at £39.19, it almost seems rude not to snap one up. Stockists include Dixons (sale price currently £29.99) and PCWorld.

Ultrasone to launch headphone range in UK

German manufacturer Ultrasone will shortly be launching a range of consumer headphones in the UK. The HFI headphone range uses S-Logic design to improve sound quality and reduce risk of hearing damage by projecting sound pressure at reduced levels. We expect the range to appeal to music fans, gamers and worried parents.

Latest gadgets to go on show during January's CES

For the uninitiated CES (Consumer Electronics Show) is akin to gadget paradise. Imagine a hall full of the latest gadgets where everything is smaller, better, faster and the sales teams more pumped up than ever. Journalists and bloggers alike flock to the Las Vegas show to see the latest wares and find out trends for 2009. The whole shebang kicks off on January 8th and we'll be sure to update you with details of the hot new products that might just make it onto your wish list.

Apple celebrates Christmas with free downloads from iTunes

Apple have got a special offer on to celebrate the festive season. They're offering up one free download per day from 26 December to 6 January so now's the time to stock up on a few little extras for your iPod. Nintendo DS takes on the eBook with the 100 Classic Book Collection game

Nintendo aren't going to let a little thing like eBooks own a whole slice of the gadget market, instead they've released their own book reading 'game.' This title should appeal to the slighly older, well read market with a massive 100 titles including gems such as Jane Austen's Sense and Sensibility, Louisa May Alcott's charming Little Women alongside the Brontes, Shakespeare, Dickens, Hardy and Oscar Wilde. I'm not sure the screen will be great to read lengthy prose from but I'll certainly give it a try. You an also download more books via the DS Lite's WiFi connection. 1. Norad tracks Santa: With Nasa tracking Santa and updates every five minutes, you'll have no problem catching sight of everyone's favourite pressie-bringer. Look out for Santacam with videos and commentary as Santa reaches key destinations.

2. Elf Yourself: Upload a pic of yourself, friends, family, dog etc to find yourself transformed as an animated elf.

Quick Guide: Netiquette

What is it? Netiquette is a word made up of 'Internet' and 'etiquette.' It's basically about good manners on the web. What is regarded as good and bad manners varies from site to site but this basic guide should give you a good start.

Why are manners important on the web? Same reason they are important everywhere else. It's good to have manners just as you would if talking to someone face-to-face or over the 'phone. Similarly, pleases and thank yous are endlessly worth while and if you must swear, replace a few letters with asterisks like th*s to spare blushes.

OK, what about SHOUTING? Typing in CAPS is SHOUTING. It's one way of getting your emotions across online but if you don't want someone shouting at you in real life, don't shout at them online.
